Cambridge is home to the famous University and is also the county town of Cambridgeshire. It is just fifty miles outside London and has regular train services to the capital. Menzies Hotel – This is located just 5 miles from Cambridge and offers a wide range of facilities to really give you a relaxing break. The Centennial Hotel – This hotel is situated opposite the botanical gardens and is less than 15 minutes walk from the city centre. Or you can take one of the regular buses instead. The rooms are elegantly furnished to a high level of comfort.
